2320 Snowblower Question

Decision made to go ahead with the 47" snowblower. If it gets that bad the neighbor can come over with his plow truck and help out. I have taught the soon-to-be wife to mow and now she won't get off the tractor. I am just hoping this stays true in the winter when it is -20 here in NY. But for some reason I think that she will leave the snowblowing up to me.

I think that you made the right choice & may be asked to blow out your neighbors plow if the snow gets too deep. The blower may be slower but as long as you have fuel it will eventually grind its way through any depth of snow.

The 47" is a great fit for your machine. I've run the 47" on my 2520 and now my 2305. It's not necessary, but I turned my tires to the narrow position on my 2520. IF you're really hung up on width then it is an option... though I had no plans on turning my tires in again for the following winter. I purely did it out of curiosity. It's not worth the time and you'll hardly notice the tire overlap blowing snow unless you're looking for it. Mount your blower and blow snow...

That thing will absolutely eat snow.... Have fun with it and enjoy...

I have the Deere blower on my 2320 and it is a brute. I do 4 foot drifts here and this thing just eats them up. No chains, no fuss and no problems. Period.

You wont need your nieghbors plow truck. The 47 will handle snow more than a foot over the top of the blower. Although a heated cab is nice when its -20 and that north wind is blowing.
