Hi all, I need some help. I just looked at a 47" JD front mounted snow blower that is currently on a JD 755. Will this fit my 2320? If so, will I need a bunch of brackets or extra hardware? I could not find a model number anywhere on the blower, only a serial number and a tag number on the gearbox. Also, what would be a ball park price for this blower? It appears to be in great shape - very little paint missing inside the shoot. Thanks!

i have just found a cpl of these myself, used on 855's....which initially i figured would use the same size blower as my 4300....but they are 49" or so...so i think it's too small for the 4300 (not sure how big the 2320 is).

i did find the 59" inch model that i need, cpl yrs old but still on the pallet never used, for $3500. i think that's probably a good price for a 'new' one, but i really don't have that much to spend on it right now.

You will need all of the quick-hitch and mid-pto stuff for your 2320...gonna be about $1200 just for that. The model number is simply "47"

Thanks Kenny!

Are you saying all of the quick-hitch and mid-pto stuff for the 755 will not fit my 2320?

Is there any way to tell how old the blower is by the serial number?

Only a deaker can decifer the S/N. Most of the implements are the same, but the attaching hardware is different. The 755 PTO and hitch will NOT fit your tractor.

Look it up in jdparts;)

need to see if it is actually a quick hitch blower (i doubt it)
or a direct mount one, with a gearbox driven auger. they
are totally different, and would take a good deal of fabrication
to fit up to the newer tractor...

I knew it was too good to be true - CRAP! My neck is getting stiff just thinking about plowing with the rear blade.

Thanks again for the replies.
