2155 engine oil type and capacity

I just bought a 2155 and would like to change oil and filter. I ordered a manual but have not gotten it yet but would like to order oil(Schaeffers)and filter today. I have searched and found nothing. What filter and oil weight should I get?

On about any Diesel they recommend 15w-40 oil which is what I use in my 2155. Any good name oil filter should be fine like Napa,Wix,Lube finer,Hastings, or of course the OEM John Deere filter which is what I buy and there not that expensive.

Congrats on the 2155.
The Deere filter is T19044 and is about $6.
