2032R PTO problem

I have a JD 2032R and the PTO has an issue this spring. The PTO will run for about 30 seconds and shuts off. The dash light shows it working but shaft stops. It behaves the same whether the rear of mid PTO is running. I had this same issue a year ago and changed out the hydraulic and filter. I found one of the magnets up by the filter and thought it may be an issue with the flow. I have changed out the hydraulic again but there was no change. Does anyone know if there is any other sensor or relay in the circuit that may be causing this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure the amber dash light stays on? I've a finicky switch on mine (seems a problem with JDs). I have to jiggle it around to keep the dash light lit. So far, this has worked. It's apparently a real pain to get the switch out of the dashboard on the 2025R because you cannot get at the back side of the switch without loosening the dashboard attachment points and all to move it to where you can.

yes , the PTO light stays light. We did test the switch and it does not change anything. It consistently comes on runs for 30 secs or so and then quits.
