2022 Bronco sport review

So everyone still happy with their Bronco Sport?
Now I'm thinking of getting one.

I found a used loaded 2022 Badlands, low mileage but they want $35,000 Canadian.
Thinking I'm better off to just pay the 50 for a brand new 2025 Badlands.

Only looking at the Badlands because I want the 4 cylinder engine, not the 3 cylinder all the other ones at dealers have.
Didn't realize the exchange rate until I read your post. 1 Canadian dollar equals 73 US cents. I thought 50k sounded high but I guess not so much.

I kinda like the real Bronco better. Much less like a car
I posted earlier in this thread....I tried the full size Bronco when it first came out. I was not impressed. It had the optional larger V6 engine and I found it gutless compared to the wifes VW Tiguan.
I find the Sport much nicer to drive.
And I don't need a large SUV....I have trucks for large work.
The Sport would fit our needs perfect.....a good looking SUV to run around town and enough towing capacity to tow an atv.

I would consider a full size when they start to come off lease, only way however.
Do people still lease vehicles? That’s pretty uncommon in my region. The excess mileage charges make leasing more expensive than purchasing the vehicle.

Love the darn thing, and one of the nicer vehicles we've ever owned. Lots of used badland's seen around here. Mutts fit in rear, good fuel millage and comfortable for humans.

Everytime I go uptown.... There is a repair shop there and everytime I look in, there is either a Ram with a Hemi or a Ford gasser in there getting the engine torn down and it's usually the cams that go.
THAT only one of the reasons why I will never own another Ford... I have owned 4, two new and 2 used and without exception all were black holes trying to suck the bank account dry. The last one and Escape was gone 4 months after it was bought.

Only (removed) left here is my Focus RS turbo and my 97 F350 4x4 truck with it's modified 7.3 forged rod diesel. Never had an issue with either.

Candidly I prefer GM vehicles for ease of routine maintenance. Of course the 97 is an OBS truck so plenty of room under the hood, unlike the new snub nosed ones.

I guess some people just don't have any luck. I bought a 2016 F150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost new. 8 years and 80,000 miles later it has been flawless. Never been in the shop for any reason. I also drive a 2007 E350 that was converted to 4wd when new. Been driving it for 18 years now and the only problem it ever had was the cruise control would keep disconnecting; a brake switch change fixed that. But then I keep up on the maintenance on all my vehicles....and I don't follow Ford's recommended 10,000 mile oil change interval!

I'm not brand loyal - I also have a Dodge dually, a Toyota SUV and a Jeep Wrangler. And I drove a Chevy S10 Blazer for 321,000 miles before trading up. All brands have their problems and my luck with Ford products has been no different than with other brands.

You got it, run around town. Don't even try to offroad it.
