2019 Kubota with cab

I just this Kubota with the cab but the Hydro static transmission noise is unbearable. The cab is touching something making the cab a big speaker. Has anyone dealt with this with Kubota before and was it fixed. I had a open kubota before and it was not as noisy as this one.

I did read a post from some one and he said he took his in the dealer and they fixed it? I cant find you again. I like to know what the problem was.

If it's new and under warranty you can try complaining to the dealer. Tractors, even cabbed tractors can be noisy and hearing protection is a good idea. Lots of hard surfaces inside the cab will reflect the noise.

Hi. There have been a numerous posts complaining about the Hydro Whine on the Cabbed 2650, 3030 & 3000.

I have to admit, it is very annoying and LOUD.

Some owners have gone so far as to strip down the interior of their cabs and lined them with a sound dampening material.

If I had the time and patience, I would do the same on my B3000. But instead, I wear some good ear protection muffs.

Just keep searching the forum for Hydro Whine/Noise on those cabbed models.

I tested a cabbed B3030 and thought it was quite loud. That was back around 2012. Our L4240HSTC isn’t annoyingly loud, but it isn’t “car quiet” inside either.

The B3030and the B3000 are essentially the same tractor. I dont' even know why they bothered to make another iteration of the B3030.

Some think that the 3000 was slightly quieter than the 3030.... but I haven't been in a Cabbed B3030.

I have read that the L series and Grand's are much quieter than the cabbed "B" series.

I have a B2650 w/cab, and it'salways been very noisy. I always wear ear protection, but I found out that if I put heavy down pressure on the treadle it will reduce the hydrostatic noise significantly.

I had a B3350 that was loud. Ear protection was a must. I’ve downsized to a bx2380 open station which is a lot quieter.

Before condemning your own tractor for cab noise, may suggest visiting a dealership and try a couple others out just like yours that are cabbed as a comparison. You might be going down the rabbit hole for no reason if this is normal for this particular tractor. Cabbed models are always going to be noisy, because you are confined within, and there is no place for the noise to dissipate but up into the cab.

The cab on my JD430 Diesel is horribly loud inside. When using it to blow snow, I use ear plugs and hearing protectors, and it's still too loud. I just finished refurbishing the tractor and cab, and I mounted the cab on 3/16" thick rubber at all the mounting points. I haven't used it yet, but I'm wondering if that will help the sound level inside the cab.
I have some FatMat sound deadening material for my Nova project, I may try putting some it that on the roof panel to see if it helps.

HAD IT TESTED IT CAN GO AS HIGH AS 85 DECIBELS. I HAD A GOOD LOAD IN THE BUCKET AND THE SOUND WOULD CHANGE WHEN DRIVING ON UNEVEN TERRAIN.

Man... 85 db. That's pretty loud.

I believe that is right at the edge of doing damage to your hearing over a length of time.

I always wear good hearing protection in the cab of my B3000.

I do have to crank up the radio pretty high to hear it. :.)
