2018 Dixie Chopper Zee 2 wiring

Hi, folks,
A question about the above. There is a stray wire with no connector near the starter solenoid. Black, frayed, and possibly the reason for my no start issue. Can anyone provide a visual for where this wire should go? Schematics are vague.

I don't know if this will be at all helpful or just add to your confusion, but I have a Dixie Chopper Classis 3372HP and there's a black wire coming out of the bundle that runs by the starter solenoid. That black wire goes to what looks like a ground tab on a heat sink above and in front of the solenoid. The picture doesn't show it, but there are what looks like aluminum heat sink fins pointing towards the motor. The heat sink has a connector going into it with several wires but the black wire coming out of the loom goes to a screw on the ground tab on the bottom. I have no idea what that heat sink thingy is or if it's even relevant to your situation.
