2014 toolcat 5600

Problem 50-56 code machine starts and idles, bucket goes up and down, dump bed works, does not go forward or reverse, throttle lever no response, no blown fuses or shorts in fuse boxes, can wires show continuity from display controller to drive controller. What I'm missing?

50-56 code

A series Cranked easily and let warm for 20 mins. Backed out and moved 20-25 forward when forward progress stopped. Unable to move forward or reverse, loader still functional. Raised inside (seat)arm and checked outside, no problems. Returned to seat, put arm down and directional indicator...

Taking apart 5600 to fix 50-56 error code

All 4 of the AWS magnetic solenoids receive 12v supply from the 4510 wire. Solenoids should have approximately 7.5 Ohms resistance. Verify each solenoid with Ohm meter.

The suspected solenoid is reading 0.6 ohms while other 3 read 6.8-7.6 ohms.

In the 3rd thread, birddog0304 did replace the solenoid that was shorted and it fixed his TC.

Ok thanks for info. Since i'm not the original person to work on this machine and it set at the dealer for two months to be told it needed a new harness with material/labor apx 4k! The machine was brought to me with the code and no blown fuses you could tell they did not look because screws were rusted shut to look at the back of the fuse box. No blown fuses , the fuse box under driving seat had two wires burnt which one marked with computer symbol . solder and heat shrink no code back up and running. SHAME ON YOU DEALER!
