2014 New Holland TS6 110 3point bounces with Mower attachment

Hey all, I'm a mechanic for local government and one of my departments has a 2014 New Holland TS6 110 that has a big mower attachment on the rear connected to the 3pt hitch and the issue is that the attachment is starting bounce while driving and shakes the entire cab making it undriveable, while parked the mower will also slowly lower after a few hours, it goes very slow but you can hear it creak. Disconnecting the back mower solves the problem. Anyone have similar issues? I'm new to this piece of equipment.

For the bouncing, just drive slower.

For the leak down, that’s normal; my MF1540 does that (slow leak down of the 3 pt and creaking)

For vintage tractors that leak down or need help controlling a 3pt mower, they can buy a stabilizer kit that triangulates the 3pt with chains. It does sound like the OP is describing is a speed problem though.

I'm guessing the tractor is sitting in one spot for a while(days) and the tires are flat spotting. When this happens it takes 30 mins or so of driving to get the flat spots out. Until that happens it will beat you to death. Most non-radial tractor tires will do this. I know mine do.

It is normal for the mower to bounce a little when the tractor is driven with it in a raised position. Rough terrain and higher speeds will increase the amount of bounce.
