2008 DK45 S

Tomorrow I am going to look at a 2008 DK45 S with 315 hrs on the clock and looks to be really clean. It was used primarily to groom a rodeo arena. It comes a quick detach front loader and a box scraper. The guy wants $18,500 firm. Is that fair pricing on this tractor?

Update:
I passed up on the '08 used tractor and just purchased a new (2017) DK4510HS with FEL for $ 21,852. Since I don't have any dealers with 200+ miles I shopped on tractorhouse.com and found a couple of dealers in Texas willing to give me a good deal and deliver to me here in NM. I ended up buying disc harrow and 3 pt sprayer which will be delivered here as well. I paid $700 for delivery for tractor and implements. 358 miles one-way so if you figure roundtrip they are charging me less than a buck a mile. I should have it here by the end of the week. MY FIRST NEW TRACTOR AT 55 YRS OLD LOL
