Hey guys

Wondering if there is supposed to be an air gap under the rubber stopper when the dump bed is not loaded? Mine are touching and I'm wondering if the leaf springs are worn out and need replacement? Is there a spec somewhere? On a similar note anyone have a hardcopy of a service manual for a 2005 toolcat?

Thanks for the help.

The newer Toolcats don't have solid axles or leaf springs, but they do rely on rubber snubbers for part of the suspension. I looked at my unloaded G series and it is also sitting on the snubbers on all 4 corners. I hope you get some answers. :)

the 2005 series A had the rubber touching the axle and no air gap
