I have had problems with the rubber grommet on the tank leaking fuel. It has been replaced several times and just started leaking again. Anyone know of a better solution? That rubber grommet comes out easily and I also notice that when the tank is full it leaks worse (tank expansion?)

Thank you for ideas!

Thanks for the 'heads up'. The same thing happened several years ago on one of my TC's. The dealer fixed it while it was in for service and has never happended again that I'm aware of. Considering the daily increase in fuel costs, I will now be checking all three TC's before the next storm.

I guess I should have asked others for their ideas on how to fix it.. :)
I noticed after we had a really hard freeze (down in the teens) the tank started leaking again. It is possible I have a crack higher up and it is leaking too but I know it's dripping from the fuel line rubber fitting where it leaves the tank.
