I have a 2004 Volvo EC35 excavator. It has been a workhorse for the year I've had it, but things have went south. I've kept it serviced- oil, filters and such. It has just started not wanting to run. It will start and run for 1-4 minutes and then die. The idiot lights seem to randomly flash, with the battery light flashing the most. The engine temp light also flashes and the light under the glow plug light also flashes, I don't know what this light is for. I have tried disconnecting the battery for several minutes to reset the computer-no help. I've cleaned the computer terminals-no help. Does anyone know if Volvo can test the computer? I plan on calling them Monday anyway. Any suggestions? Anybody know what the light under the glow plug light is for? Thanks in advance for any help.
