I think you will find the BX23 to be one rugged little tractor/loader/backhoe.
The one weakness it the hydro cooling fan on the underside that can be damaged by twigs and sticks making contact.
Most here either run a belly mower or install an aftermarket shield if they plan on going into the woods or areas where the fan might be damaged.
The fan is inexpensive... the labor to replace can be involved.
Some have loaded the tires or foam filled them... slow leaks and flats prevented me several times from starting projects I had planned... now with the foam filled rear tires flats are no longer possible and the extra weight add stability...
