So is this top only for JD, you mentioned "other colors" so that must mean it's somewhat universal. Just curious.

"They've done testing"! Does that mean the switches are waterproof? I'd like to think that JD would do some through testing before putting the switches out in the open facing up and would easily answer your question with a "THEY ARE WATERPROOF!"

I would like to think that anyway!

I'll let you know after several month with my 4310!
