2002 Mahindra 3505-DI

I have the chance to buy one of these with 354 hours. I have always owned Case IH and Massey Ferguson. I have a CaseIH DX-55 and a Massey Ferguson 240. Both are diesels. I have never heard of Mahindra until a few years ago when they started to get popular. Can anyone tell me about the quality of this machine? Are there any known problems with the diesel engine? My Case has a Shibaura diesel without a single solitary issue outside of maintenace for over 1400 hours. My MF has a Perkins diesel again....not a single issue outside of maintenance since 1986. So...I don't want to by something that is junk. The price point on this seems to be sub 5000 dollars. Similar machines are nearly 20k so I am quite afraid to entertain even looking at it.

What do I need to know about these?

I see a few of these around. They're not bad tractors with no known weak points I'm aware of. These were built by Mahindra based on designs acquired from Case IH back when they divested much of the IH line. I believe they were mostly a copy of tractors IH built like the 444.
