You jinxed me!!! 
Started the 425 this afternoon...cranked up for about 5 sec and stopped. Tried again..no joy. Heard the sound of "running water" and realized gas was pouring into the carb. I pinched the fuel hose shut. PUlled the plugs. kicked it over and watched gas spew out in a surprising volume and velocity.
Released the clamp...no "running water" sound. Checked oil...good. Fired it back up and used it for next 1/2 hour with no problem.
PUt clamp back on until I install fuel cut off. Whew!
(That reminds me...Need to replace the fire extinquisher I moved from the barn to the garage. JIC! )
