I think they are pretty easy. Big gauge wire goes from battery + to big lug on starter solenoid. Big gauge wire from batter - goes to tractor engine bolt ground.
Then wire(14-16 gauge) then goes from the S or start position on a standard switch or any push button momentary switch to the neutral safety switch that is under the battery and under the black regulator, and then out of that onto the little bolt or spade on the starter solenoid.
A hot wire then goes from the battery +, 14-16 gauge is fine, to the + or hot label on the switch or the opposite side on a momentary switch.
That is it. It is now wired to start, but not charge. This is a simple solution that will give you a safe way to start the tractor. It is then fairly easy to add the starting circuit later, light circuit, glow plug, etc.
It would be a good idea to fuse the hot wire that goes from the battery to the switch as it is always hot and if it ever rubs through the fuse will blow.
