My 4500 3 cyl gas tlb has nothing when I turn the key - no starter no instrument lights. I'm going to check battery ground first (battery is charged). Anyone know the order for diagnosing components? What do I check first? I'm not rushing into it because it is outside, it is snowing and windy and 20 degrees.
