How about starting with some photos and a description of what you're trying to achieve.
Are you wanting shock absorbers?
Is this a Fordson? Or a Doodlebug?
Most tractors, even modern ones have a unsprung pivot on the front axle that allows the wheels to follow the ground contour. Rear axles are solid with the transmission/differential.
My 1926 Model T Ford had a type of aftermarket spring shock absorbers on it, but without the oil part that modern cars have.

LOL I think he is talking about a Ford model 1920 made in the late 80's thru early 2000's. My 1920 is the one on the left in my profile pic.
Are you talking about the stabilizers for the 3 point arms? or the lift arms themselves?

Adjustable 3pt hitch links? Are they somewhat universal if one gets the right length and weight rating?

He's probably asking about replacing those awkward turnbuckles that stabilize the lower arms with telescoping square tubing with cross holes and pins.

I would think you could take some that fit a Kubota, Deere or NH like these and modify to fit your 1920.

To be honest I havent paid attention to how the ones on my dads new to him t1530 attach to see if they could be retrofitted to a 1920. I would imagine so as so much of these machines are the same or very similar.

I've been using the old original PITA stabilizers since 1991 on mine
'Bota style telescoping would be more fun.
Most of the stuff I pull with it is light enough to manhandle and loosen/tighten only one side for on and off.
