1864 hanging frame spacing-- need help--

Keith--I took all washers and home make spacers out and put in a new 1/2" center lift bolt and set the distance for the (sitting on the tractor) left side spacer at 1 1/2" and all the other measurements came within +/- 1/16", I will turn a new spacer on the lathe
At work when I get time. It looks like someone was off by 1" when they made the home made spacer! Will let you know how it turns out (In a week or two) still on a shut-down
