If it is the 18hp cast iron engine, absolutely. If you are lucky, all you will need is a new rod.

without taking the head off and checking the cylinder for scoring , no way to tell for sure ....

might be a light seize ( just free things up and away you go ) right up to a full blown welding rings to cylinder walls and a scrapped crank/ rod and piston .... more $$$$ to rebuild than buying another good motor ...

lots of kits available if you can salvage the block /crank .....
