I'm exhausted
2:30pm to dark thirty yesterday
up at 6am, back at it until finally got rained out about 5.

That's a long time to sit on a compact, it barely shut down
2 full tanks of fuel

Where is my cabbed, heated TN?

I don't know, where is that TN? I thought that you would have had that monster by now. Do you expect it anytime soon?

OK...why'd you spend so much time on the tractor?

Since you've got an acre and a business, I'd guess you did it for the business.

So, are you looking for sympathy?

My wife would have made me put the toys away and get back to work after I'd burnt the first tank-full ;)

Try farming...... Get behind because of weather and you'll get to live on a tractor. Not unheard of to spend 70 or 80 hours in a week trying to get a crop in the ground. Talk about your need for a soft, comfortable seat :O

I'ts on the boat!!!!! It's supposed to be at the dealer, end of May, probably another week to ship it here, I should have it first week of June. (at which time I'm sure the business will slow right down  )

Business
Got a huge job, and the guy is a wee unsure of how many acres he has (he has more than he thinks, all my timings and applications were off)
Mowed 8 acres
Aerated 8 acres
Fertilized, seeded, ripped 2 acres.
Got rained on, and that was it. (I was working hard to get teh seed and fertilizer down before the storm)
But hey, it's good to be busy, but I am exhausted and if it dries out today, off I go for more.

Yeah, does give me more sympathy for the farmers, when it's time, it's time, you gotta do it.
