Last night, after a hard days work. I noticed that one side of the backing plate of my forks, on my FEL, came off. When I unlocked the attachment to re-attach forks, I noticed the "Foot" on one side was different than the other. I tilted the "Feet" up and the left side came up and stopped before the right side. Help?

The hydraulic cylinder with the least friction will retract/extend before the other. The torque tube that broke makes sure they operate the same by locking them together. When one cylinder reaches its limit, the other cylinder should move. Fix the torque tube and the problem will correct itself.

Where is this torque tube, Jinman?

It's what runs between the left and right paddle. It may not be broken, but probably bent/twisted when one paddle came loose.
