165 lift arms not responding right

my Massey 165 lift arms not responding right when i go to lift a plough it does not respond right away some times i have to put in gear and it lifts but takes a while to do so then when i what to lower the lift arms it drops down very fast is it my Hydraulic Lift Cylinder or what

Sounds like three point hydraulic pump is getting weak, will need to check relief pressure, may need pump repair, or have leaking standpipe o rings only if you are lucky.

Contaminated fluid (moisture from deteriorated shift lever boots or excessive grease from lift arms) and/or dirty filter, standpipe o-rings or tired hyd pump. Start with the easy stuff first, boots / o-rings and filter inexpensive and hyd fluid for mine was around $200 if I remember correctly. Mine worked like new afterwards.
