After researching this and talking directly to KMW (manufacturer of the BH) I am alright with all this. I have a remote which cost me and wasn't necessary at the time, this is something that will probably come in handy in the future. The only question is will Mahindra cover this under warranty and where are the parts that they didn't use. Better communication with the customer is very important, it would have saved me a bunch of concern.

I would not accept it that way. You definitely need to find out what Mahindras position is on warranty. :confused3:
