1510 Injector pump troubles?

This is my first post. Please help if you can. I can't figure out what's up with my tractor. The valve on the injection pump closest to the radiator just will not get fuel. I have replaced the fuel tank, cleaned the lines, replaced the fuel filter/bowl/o-ring. I have just finished removing and cleaning the injection pump for the second time. When I bleed the lines I can only get fuel to the top of the engine for two cylinders. The tractor will start only hitting on two cylinders. White smoke pours out and it knocks like crazy. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you need to remove the injector pump again and take it to an injector shop for testing/repairs, assuming the line from pump to each injector is clear.

Heres how I check them.
Loosen the fuel line at the injector while the tractor is running
and if theres a change in the RPM. then its getting fuel.
Also I have a 2 1510 pumps on the shelf.
