1250 massey ferguson engine replacement

I have a 1250 massey ferguson with a bad crankshaft and can't find another one . Has anyone installed a different engine in one

My 1080 broke a crank several years ago. Found one and no more problems. I was afraid it would not hold up. I would not give up quickly, somewhere there is one
