I was also worried about my barn cats drinking the stuff until I got around to making some sort of lid ( but not too much so because I am getting a bumper crop of em..). Turns out cats don't like tingly tongues.

I recall a member here built a tank (using a plastic tarp) large enough to do a whole snow plow blade...... anyone else recall?? I don'r remember who it was... but i was impressed with the thread.

I quit looking for another charger after I got my new spare,spare (I now have three) to work...I'll just label it clearly NOT FOR BATTERIES!!!

You know.....unless you were using this in a tightly closed area with a PROBABLE ignition source...I wouldn't worry too much about the hydrogen. But I also spray paint tractors in a barn with a wood stove.I wouldn't suggest doing this in a basement next to the gas water heater though...

TOM...I tried the welder!!! It works...boy does it work at 40 amps.

I saw this process on The motor head shows on Spike TV. Haven't had a chance to try it yet but always keep it in the back of my mind.
