1050 john deere tractor

We have a 1050 John Deere diesel and it ran out of diesel . We added fuel and bleed out system
And now we noticed that when you run it diesel is getting into the oil and quite . It was running good before it ran out of fuel . We just changed oil week before and have ran it only about 2 hours . Any ideas?

inspect the injection pump-I suspect a gasket or seal where the pump attaches to the block is allowing fuel to leak into the engine.

Might have a bad injector.
