1030 L

Hi all,
My father-in-law is desperately trying to find a front gearcase for his MF1030 L. He cannot find an OEM part, or an aftermarket or even a used part. It seems there are not a lot of places to find older Massey parts...at least not for this model. Does anyone have any knowledge of a MF parts supplier where we could find these parts? Thanks in advance.

Try these guys, parts are hard to come by, I have a 1030 also and it is an adventure to get parts. Good luck. Can I ask what happened? I have heard the front ends on these are a little week, I am looking for some castings myself, they were welded by the previous owner and I would like to replace them with new ones but am having trouble getting replacements.

Thanks md... One of the "wings" on the front left gearcase hub broke and the gearcase hub literally fell off in his yard. He's contemplating having it welded, but would rather get a replacement if possible.

Welding is not my first choice either but if you are good or know a good fabricator they may be able to help. I like my tractor but the front axel on these is not the strongest. Please let me know if you find parts and from where, I am poking around myself for parts.
