I've been shopping a compact or subcompact tractor loader mower. I've looked at (what seems like) everything, from orange to blue to red and back to another orange. I *think* I'm just a day or two from ordering a Kubota BX2370 with loader, 60" mid mount mower and quick attach pallet forks. Before I pull the trigger, I thought I'd give a quick look at green, which I've somewhat neglected due to my impression of relative price/value. So regarding the 1025R: I like the slightly larger all around dimensions, the higher loader lift capacity, and the position control, but I have to weigh those features against the price difference. Looking to get an idea about a good price on the setup (1025R, H120, 60" mid deck, and pallet forks). I'm located in the Lexington, KY area. Forum-famous Kubota dealer (not *too* far away) is currently a hair under $15000 plus tax for the BX package.

Thanks.

When I was shopping, the best deals on the Deere 1-series deluxe model (was 1026R then) were within several hundred dollars of a much larger Kubota B series, so I would expect a good deal on a BX to come in far less.

I was quoted $14400 for a 1026R with H120 front loader but no other implements.

Really need to get a quote from your local Deere dealer to know for sure.
