04 f250 ford 6.0 PS DTC codes / ABS light

abs lamp came on the dash today.

my first check was to make sure the front r/l wheel speed sensors hadn't come unplugged. nope.

may pull them to clean them.. but pulled codes with my superchips tuner scanner to see what was hanging around in the computer.

pulled 3 dtc's
.. unfortunately none were from the p0500 and up where I thought they would be for a speed sensor

the 3 pulled I knew about and have to do wuth an egr / turbo issue under observation..

do wheel speed sensors set codes for the abs lamp on the dash.

any other ideas i could look at for the source of that abs lamp?

p0470 exhaust pressure sensor circuit
p0401 egr valve
p0299 turbo under boost

Ah, i see you edited your post. I do believe a misbehaving sensor will cause the abs light to come on.

yep the other 3 are related to an egr issue that is under observation right now... i plan on pulling the wheel speed sensors and cleaning them and see what I get. new ones are about 130-150$ a piece and order items.
