Frontier (John Deere private label ) BB2065 Box Scraper. Has 5 adjustable Shanks. No nicks or chips in either blade. Not rusty but some paint could use a tiouch-up

I have a Woods box scraper with scarifiers and was wondering if I could put say 1 scarifier, at it's lowest depth, and use that as a subsoiler? I realize that it may not go as deep as a subsoiler, but wondered if it was worth trying. Let me know what you think.
