    Worn Tie Rod Ends

I asked my dealer about where they are most likely to fail and he told me they have not see one separate at the swivel joint but have had a few come in fractured between the joint and knuckle. This would make sense since the newer ones are much beefier in this area. Where exactly did yours...

    Worn Tie Rod Ends

I was doing my seasonal maintenance on a 3 year old 3620H and found both tie rod ends are loose at the ball coupling. Tractor has 250 hours and I have been relatively careful about not overloading the front end, turning to the stops and not turning while the tractor is stationary but they are...

    Status of Everything Attachments

My recollection of the story was the county/city building dept. failed their inspection and would not issue a CO due to building code violations. Then the finger pointing started between the company and contractor eventually ending up where it still is today. I may have some of those detail...

    Status of Everything Attachments

That could be the truth but don’t fail to also take into consideration what would have happened if the new factory could have been completed and put into operation as originally planned. I recall that the whole reason for the new building was to reduce lead times from months to weeks or...

I completely agree that 10% down would have been a much more preferred way to make the purchase but......since that wasn't an option and I didn't want to buy another brand of grapple, I accepted the risk. Its perfectly fine if you would have made a different choice. At the time I made my...

    Status of Everything Attachments

I've followed these EA threads since they started and want to offer my rational for having spent the small premium on a Wicked Grapple and paying in full for a delivery that was 5 months out. Being a mechanical engineer I tend to evaluate things in detail. I determined that my 35HP tractor...

What's your technique for removing trees/brush with your grapple? Here's mine....

I'm on a large very wooded property that I have been slowly opening up. In the original post by Piston, he mentioned that some trees which were "very stable" required a little loosening around the roots. I also use a similar technique on 6"-10" dia. trees but have found some species have a...

Have You Replaced Your Water Pump?

My 2021 3620H needed a warranty water pump replacement at ~175 hrs. Was getting a leak from the weep hole at start up that would quit once it warmed up. Now have 210 hrs over 2 years and have been very satisfied with the performance.

    Ripping roots with a tractor?

I used a DirtDog subsoiler to rip out the roots in a new vegetable garden after the stump grinder finished his work on about 10 stumps. When you hook a large one that stops the tractor, lifting up on the 3-Point usually could bring them to the surface where you can hook them again in a...

3620H Stuck in Range A - Eazy Fix

After talking about this with the dealer, he told me this can happen in any range and is a result of applying either inward pressure (to ranges C/D) or outward pressure (to ranges A/B) before first fully shifting forward or backward to neutral. The fix is the same, just bring the disengaged...

3620H Stuck in Range A - Eazy Fix

3620H Stuck in Range A - Eazy Fix

I didn't find much when I searched here about problems with the newer 4 range linkage. I traded a few messages with the dealer and he said that its possible the linkage had popped out of position and needed to be "pryed" back into position but from what I could see, it was located correctly...

Kubota RTV Cabin Blower not Working

Did some troubleshooting and it looks like an aftermarket heater. Only had ~7-8vdc at the switch. Chased the power wire back to an inline fuse near the battery. Automatic whole house generator systems.

That's a very fair statement and I am seriously considering Generac for my equipment but just because the % of market share is high and the # of good and bad reviews are equally high as compared to a less popular brand, an engine failure is an engine failure. Branson advise

Pinched Hydraulic Tube Should I Replace?

All good points. Where the kink is is not straight enough to just cut it out and put a union/coupler back in. Same for brazing in a new section of pipe. I did determine its the high pressure side of the PTO clutch control so I will price the replacement part and if its not outrageously...

Trouble Greasing The Same Specific Fitting On Each Side of FEL - Branson 3620H

The Grease fitting to gun tip is not the issue here because all of Branson's FEL zerks are straight on fittings. The tip on my gun can be rotated to either get a tighter or looser fit on the fitting. It works well and pretty much clicks into place and will stay put while greasing.
