    2WD GMC 2500HD

I have a 4x4 Silverado Duramax/Allison combo. I hardly ever use 4x4 regardless of the situation however I did order the rear locker when I purchased it.

    2WD GMC 2500HD

Totally agree - if it doesn't have the rear locker I'd invest in finding a used factory rear axle with the factory locker. A locker and chains will pull you through many types of situations.

Adding external 3PH control for 2555 shuttle? cab

I was wondering the same thing on my 2645. There are places (cutouts) by the rear lights which could accommodate momentary switches for such a function. It would require significant changes due to the fact the current control valve is manual rather than solenoid controlled. An extension welded...

    Did I Make a Mistake?

So - a quick update. The tank has worked flawlessly. I was able to obtain the new design. It consists of a new tank, a bracket, straps and bolts. Basically the same idea I had considered before I decided to go the "easier" route and nitch the bracket. The bracket mounts to the tractor then the...

I want to buy your tractor... what will you accept

I have used escrow or have a direct bank transfer performed while I and the buyer stand at my bank waiting for confirmation. I restore vehicles, when I have time, and have used this method for anything over 5K.

    Mahindra 2660 HST "Stop Sale"?

If you have a TYM dealer look at their line up - basically a very similar tractor with a few subtle changes. My 2645 has TYM stamped in several places. Needed a fuel tank due to a very poor design. Dealer obtained a TYM tank since Mahindra had no inventory - same exact tank. I believe my next...

    Problem with Getting Mahindra Parts

I also had issues obtaining Mahindra parts. Took three months to receive a simple rear remote kit. I could have walked into a Kubota dealer and had parts in hand or within 10 days at the most. One has to understand the logistics chain to understand there are multiple break points. Covid is only...

Procured four of these: Wavian Fuel Cans | The Finest Steel Jerry Cans In The World two for gas and two for diesel. Added the high flow nozzles. Works great for quick fuel fill ups and zero leaks.

Anyone try to buy a trailer lately?

Ran into the same issue when I was looking to purchase a 10K. Took two and a half months until the trailer was available. Manufactures are way behind.

Should I cab or not. Getting ready to buy

Totally agree - local dealer keeps asking if I want to sell mine as they have almost zero inventory available. I keep telling them no as I have done so many upgrades I can't see departing with it now.

Should I cab or not. Getting ready to buy

If you're going to do a lot of mowing in open areas I would opt for the cab option every time. Simply cleaner, pretty much bug free, music and cooler/warmer depending on the time of year. I went cab option and most of the land we're closing on today, if all goes well as it's been forever and a...

“Buy the dealer, not the machine” is outdated

This sounds llike a business need and not so much geared towards the compact tractor segment. I'd agree - if in business you need stable and reliable equipment. I have several friends back home, where I grew up, who farm. Those folks need the stability and reliability where as I have a much less...

“Buy the dealer, not the machine” is outdated

It's typical in the RV industry to limit service to customers who purchased directly from the dealership. For those dealership's who exercise this flawed thought process they have lost my business 100%. I won't purchase anything from those dealership's to include accessories. I'll drive 250...

“Buy the dealer, not the machine” is outdated

I run my own business locally and have several clients. Most of my clients have been with me for more than 10 years. The problem with some businesses is that they want to make a large % of profit on each sale. The same businesses typically provide poor customer service in all aspects since they...

Bucket Bolt on Grab Hooks / Clevis Mounts

I purchased three sets of Ken's bolt on bucket grab hooks and clevis mounts. I received them a week back but hadn't really had the time to open the box and inspect the items. I opened the box this week and am really impressed with the quality of the items. I was able to mount the two pairs...

    Titan 4K bolt on forks

So I purchased the Titan 4K bolt on forks for the 2645. Their over kill as far as capacity but I tend to over engineer everything. The box showed up totally trashed via FedEx - really feel sorry for the driver as it weighs over 100pds. Was expecting to find the worst when I opened the shipment...

    Did I Make a Mistake?

So a quick update - after careful consideration I decided to not attach the tank to a mounting bracket. After measuring and reviewing the area it simply didn't make much sense. It would have caused the tank to set out 1/2" to 1" from the back wall of the tractor cab which would have caused...

    Mahindra Engine Service

Any idea how one goes about obtaining a service manual for the engine component on a Mahindra tractor? I have the shop manual however it doesn’t mention much about the engine. Makes one believe the engine doesn’t exist however there is one under the hood and it requires diesel fuel rather than...

    Binding Tractor to Trailer

I've included a picture of the mount location - look to the right side, where bolt is missing. It mounts in that location using the missing lower right bolt and left side lower bolt. I have to paint the bracket before I can install it so it may be a few days before it's warm enough to paint.

    Binding Tractor to Trailer

Greetings, I am really surprised there are really no binding points on tractors today (after all theses years). When I picked up the 2645 cab I had to wrap chain around the rear axle and front axle pivot point (rear was a pain to do with a bush cutter attached). So I decided to install some...

    Did I Make a Mistake?

It’s a significant leak. I’ve attached pictures. The selling dealer is over 10 hours away. They were the only dealer who had a 2645 cab model at the time.

    Did I Make a Mistake?

Recently purchased a Mahindra 2645. It痴 a new 2019 model. I picked it up a little more than three weeks ago from a dealer in Alabama. I filled it up around two weeks back. A few days later I could smell diesel fuel. It looked as if it may have been leaking around the main fuel line existing the...
