I have a Yt359C and am trying to figure out what kind of male fitting fits? I think it is half inch? Does it matter if it has round ball on the end or the pointy tip? I purchased a new grapple and back blade and they both came with 3/4" fittings. Any help and info would be great.

Well I've gotten two good days of use out of the machine and couldn't be happier. Also made some upgrades. First I added Pirana Teeth to the bucket cut blade. Have to say it is great. Install is easy and it fits solid. Works great getting rid of black berries and as a rake to back drag them up...

The JD X590 had it's break in ride today. Glad I made the right choice for me. We test drove a Big Dog 54" Maverick, which was a great mower. We just didn't think the zero turn was right for us. And after today on the X590 I'm glad to say I made the right choice on this one.

Thanks to all who answered questions and pointed my to previously discussed topics. My tractor hunt is over and all of your experience is well appreciated. I'm sure there will be more questions in the future. As for now just counting the hours till I can go pick up our new tractor.

I am looking at a 4044R. I really like the tractor and all the ease of use. However I find the lift capacity of the FEL is about 800lbs less than the other units we are looking at. Price quote of $36K. Is it really worth 10k more than a LS, MF, Yanmar or Kabota

If I'm buying by best price for a tractor it's LS or NH. Because the NH has a LS motor can I assume I will be able to get engine parts from my NH dealer? They are closer and far better stocked.
