I just picked up a 2135 with a leaking steering valve. Previous owner said he changed the hoses to the power steering and it stopped working. When I refurbished my tractor I just bought a rubber floor mat from lowes and glued it to my floor pan with Gorilla Glue, I have done this before and it worked well as long as you clamp it after you glue it down.

Just got this one redone after the previous owner had it addicted to the ether.

I just got this tc45 running but I bought it from an older lady and she said it has not been run in at least 5 years. Once it started it had a very loud bottom end knock. I have not removed the pan or filter yet but if anyone has any ideas I am all ears.
