What is some of your Pet Peeve's

A good friend generously donated use of his trailer, many times, to help a local non-profit. But he grew tired of that.

He politely notified the non-profit his trailer would not be available any more. They responded: "Boy, that's going to put us in a real bind."

Not quite the "thank you" he was expecting ...
My nieces all used my trailer for homecoming in High School to make class floats…

Glad to do it but youngest graduates university next year and the high school kept asking but I had to say it’s not here but on the farm which is true… I was asked to get it and other times it came back less than stellar…

I get several calls a day asking questions if legitimate and not phishing, what happens if ignored, why are you doing this to me, etc.

I say I don’t like them either and only complete if you want to.

Those in there 30’s and younger like it for the most part… being able to complete at one’s leisure.

Almost 100% negative from older patients… some say a grandchild helped them.

Currently the 3 options are online, phone interview but hardly anyone answers the phone these days and day of surgery with the nurse asking the questions.
Similar subject I guess, I get so tired of health care facilities wanting me to review them. They contact me by text, email, and phone every time I have an appointment. After my last debacle trying to find out what labs would cost me, they wouldn't want my review.

Medicare takes reviews very seriously and it goes to the bottom line… it affects reimbursements.

ok, I'm not on Medicare yet though.

After I've been hounded for a review by email, text and phone, most of the time while I'm working, driving down the interstate, or sitting down to dinner, I'm not in a mood to give a good review.

I would prefer they contact me one time and said something like: We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to review your last appointment. Reviews help us better serve our patients in the future. The END, no more contacts.

Better yet, give me a 5% discount for a review and you'll get one every time.

I’ve tried several times as when the Toyota Dealer did the airbag recall…

Click and then it directs me to Google and/or another site as if everyone is or wants to be registered?

Dentist office is SO WORRIED about this or that virus that they are gowned up as if to be working in a lab, masks, goggles, four pairs of gloves, face shields, covers over all the equipment, on and on....

Then, when the patient walks in, they hand you an Ipad that 4000 other people have touched for you to fill out your medical history. 🙄
That really ticks me off. What horrible disease do they think I am carrying, black plague, dengue fever, malaria? My GP walks in in scrubs and no mask unless there has been an outbreak of something recently.
How much does all that PPE cost each patient?

I've run into that many times myself...a business wants you to review your experience with them, but you need to sign in with Apple or Google or Facebook or something similar. I suppose it helps keep out the bots, but there should be a way for a legit customer to post a review without having to jump thru all those hoops.

lol...

In defense of the dentists, most GP's don't have saliva flying off 50,000 RPM water-cooled tooling at their face, all day. :ROFLMAO:

You make an appointment with your doctor, who later turns out to be a nurse. Your nurse is part of a conglomerate that already has all your information. You have to fill out the information again online anyway. You get to the office, and you have to provide the same information at an electronic kiosk. They give you forms to fill out, containing the same questions. You give them to the receptionist, and she asks you the same questions. Then they get your name wrong.

I think that's a bit of an exaggeration, but there does seem to be a lot of redundancy in medical forms.

What kid of bugs me is every year when I go in for my annual checkup, having to go and re-answer all the questions I answered every previous year I've been there. And it's all on a tablet, which I suppose is fine if you have hands/fingers the size of a teenage girl's, but if you're a guy with large hands, not so much. Did I mention I hate touchscreens? :ROFLMAO:
