You saw it happen? Awful. I worry I got coyotes here and wolves and camp. They have been close lately and dogs want to go bark, but I keep them in when close. Livestock fence just keeps them in cause they like it here.

Raccoon is what i was thinking. They most be around, be never them or bodies on road in the general vicinity.

I got a propane boiler, I like hot water. But I was glad the previous owner put an air handler in so I have AC. I love AC. So I do think electric has many pluses, don't have to prebuy propane for one. Heat pump or furnace will give you cooling in summer. You are paying for second heating...

So years later here I am again. Dealer closed where I bought last filter 1g14. Was at different new Holland dealer and he says this will work for 40hp diesel. Previous ones were 6" long,this one 3". Shiruba 1995 2120. Any options on this?

I just realized the old one, had sort of union, you put two wrenches on to tighten and loosen. This one where you would put the wrench to hold it is just the crimp. Hope there is enough room to get channel locks in place. I would have preferred a regular wrench cause you can prop it against...
