Kubota L2501 Turbo: A Journey Defined - The Tractor, The Comparison, The Modification, The Results

You should perform a leakdown test on your machine at some point as the turbo install will erode the piston ring land on the top ring only and compression will suffer especially if you use much power over sustained time. These folks will help you also. https://www.countrysalesandservice.com/ I...

New CK2610 : rough running/clanging engine, cold and hot

It's right behind the starter about 2 inches, red/white 12 gauge wire. You don't even have to open the hood. Mine melted at the heater connection itself on the intake, 6 mm stud, 10 mm wrench you can't miss it.

New CK2610 : rough running/clanging engine, cold and hot

Make sure the induction pre-heater is working (at the intake manifold entry). Makes a huge difference at cooler temps. Throw an amp clamp around the wire they draw 30 plus amps when they are working correctly. I disconnect mine in Summer by removing the fuse. You'll know it's right if the...

A quick fix or try would be to add a rubber jounce bumper from a car suspension. Cheap fix and easily...

    L3560 First Service

More bolts never tightened. Block heater install is easy once you remove the exhaust pipe for excellent access. Used a 8 inch lone 3/4" threaded pipe to seat the block heater collar where the frost plug was. Installed the correct length bolts for the loader frame so they bottom on the frame...

    L3560 First Service

Not mine, I agreed to do the first service on this L3560 with 135 hours. Obviously never touched, it doesn't look like the loader has even been greased. Loose bolts everywhere actually some falling out. Makes me angry to see poor dealer prep on a machine like this. Alternator belt loose...

I Still Hate My Tractor II

http://www.pentosin.net/specsheets/Pento_High_Performance_II_5W-40.pdf I buy this in 55 gal. drums for my business, it's great oil. Interesting you speak VW oil specs, 505.01 isn't allowed in their DPF equipped Diesels in lieu of 504/507 but if you notice this oil has the Mercedes Benz 229.51...
