    FedEx

I started this post in 2010, 14 years ago about FedEx not delivering my packages. It's 2024 and I am still having problems getting my packages. It is not as bad as it was but they still play games with me. I guess this is one of the problems of rural living?

    Front Axle lubricant

I don't have a manual for the Boomer 24 but I do believe that the 80-90 wt gear oil is what actually goes in the front axle?

    Front Axle lubricant

I am replacing the axle seal on my 2014 Boomer 24 TLB. I have always used transmission fluid in my front axles and I read last week about a guy that uses gear oil which I assume he was talking about 90w gear oil. What do you use in your New Holland front axle?

    Marvel Mystery Oil

This is all good information, I still have a few things I can use this can of MMO in, such as an older riding lawnmower, a couple old generators, my 3 diesel tractors plus cleaning my guns! Thanks.

    Marvel Mystery Oil

I use 2 ounces of white bottle Power Service and 4 ounces of Marvel Mystery Oil in every 5 gallons of road diesel fuel That I use in my 4 pieces of diesel equipment. I was wondering if MMO was good for diesel engines, thanks.

    Marvel Mystery Oil

A friend gave me a quart of Marvel Mystery Oil? I remember it from the 1960's but I have never used it. Where do you use it and what is it good for?

    Fogger & insect control help

As I mention earlier the Mosquitos are not a problem. I suspect the bats we have and all the birds especially the Fly Catchers take care of the Mosquitos. We also have outside fires at the firering. The no-see-ums and knats are the problem. I ordered a 110 powered fogger that I can use with...

    Fogger & insect control help

Mainly "No See Ums", "Nats" and a few "Mosquitos". We have outside fires at the firering and we have Bats. I have sprayed with a handheld pump up sprayer that helps temporarily. I built a fogger with an old lawnmower that was very effective but I can't get the lawnmower to all my property...

    Fogger & insect control help

We live in the Pisgah National Forest in western NC and usually have a lot of flying insects in the summer months. I was thinking about getting a insect fogger and wanted to see what other people use including which chemicals I would need and where to buy the fogger and chemicals? I am open to...

How to replace a backhoe stabilizer seal

Cylinder repaired, tractor backhoe back to work! I found a cylinder repair service and he took my and Gland & Piston and put all new seals and o-rings in place and handed it back to me and only charge me $30. I told him to give me another set of seals to go. I have several more cylinders just...

How to replace a backhoe stabilizer seal

I have always just taken seals, gland, and rod to a local hydraulic shop and have them simply match them up That may be what I end up doing? I have a small tractor dealer that I plan to visit Monday.

How to replace a backhoe stabilizer seal

I open my cylinder up and the problem seal is a small plastic flange piece that I would call a dust seal. It is broken around the outside edge. It is at the end of the shaft where you screw it back together. I assume it has come in contact with a rock or something hard when the stabilizer was...

How to replace a backhoe stabilizer seal

Messick can't help me, they could not find the bH model number and then when they came up with a seal kit, it cost over $400!! There is no way a stabilizer seal kit for a little 2014 New Holland Boomer 24 915GH Backhoe can cost that much? Is there anyone else I can call?

How to replace a backhoe stabilizer seal

Messick was the first place that came to my mind. I changed a seal once on my neighbors little BX23 Kubota but it's been awhile. I know I can do it, I just want to make sure how before I start on it?
