    I would guess about 0.030"-0.050". I didn't mic it, but you can see and feel the wear. It didn't wear past the bushing.

    I can't get the rear pin to move. I have heated the housing, and hit the pin as directly as possible with a punch through the front bushing hole...nothing. Since the punch cannot be perfectyl in line with the pin, there is deflection. I put a fair amount of pressure on the pin using a bottle...

    DLTTrekkers, Your front nose base must be a different casting than mine. I can't put a pin through the front bushing to drive out the pin due to interference from the front of the casting. I only have enough room to short stroke a swing from a hand sledge.....not enough force to move the pin.

    Thanks for the input. I see that some of the replacement pins have a locking ring on both sides where it goes through the casting. do these parts have a lighter press therefor easier install?
