    Engine run away!

Well I found out how a stupid mistake almost cost me an engine. I pulled the pump off again and discovered I must have touched the linkage thus misaligned the rack to the governor arm. Reset the shims and pump, aligned the arm and it fired right up. I don’t even need the glow plugs on a fresh...

    Engine run away!

Yes, I checked it before I aligned it with the governor prior to reinstall. As long as it mated with the yoke prior to assembly, positioning should not matter?

Ok, thanks to all who responded, now what do I do?…

Thank you. After separation from tunnel (between bell housing and 1st tranny, everything came apart as required and replaced gears in reverse order. Installed cover maneuvering the gears with long screwdriver everything dropped into place. Went to start and got a runaway motor.

My only question now is “what is the best way to access the top shift sliders. I was thinking, which got me in this situation to begin with, to separate...

I’m really up the river w/o a gear!

I am in need of a gear for my Iseki TX1500 transmission. Accordingly, the parts manual identifies this gear as a “gear-sub 15/33T #1871593 I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Unfortunately I haven’t found the answer or perhaps not looking in the right place.

I’m baffled! My Iseki TX1500F rear axle is drilled and pinned to accept the hub which can be as you know assembled onto the axle from either side. Having said this it seems if the hub is fitted using the outer most hole on the axle (to gain more width) can the hub handle the stress put on it in...
