I have ordered items from China and India with deliveries between 4 and 5 weeks. Why doesn't Mahindra's Houston facility stock parts. Three to five weeks to get a filter! I can get LS parts much quicker.

Over the last four months I have had to purchase several parts for my two Mahindra tractors (6500 4WD & mPower 85). Shortest time I had to wait was a little over three weeks. Three of the parts, I had to wait over two months. I have had it with Mahindra. I will not be buying another!

Does anyone have any experience with 00 series transmissions? Late last fall, the gears began to grind when I would shift from reverse to forward after the tractor warmed up. (No grinding if come to a complete stop and slowly shift to forward.) They do not grind moving from forward to reverse...

I have a friend looking at a 2525 w/ bucket. He owns 5 acres. The principal use will be landscaping and clearing driveway (looking at snowblowers too). Anyone familiar w/ this model? If so, what do you think? Thanks. Bob

Does anyone in Vermont, New Hampshire or northern New York have a subframe mounted 511 backhoe mounted on a 6500, 6000 or 5500 tractor I could come and look at? What I'm really interested in is the subframe part that mounts to the backhoe. I'll curious whether this mount can be adapted to...

Any idea on what the problem might be with my 6500's draft arm hydraulics? The arms fall when I use the loader or shut the engine off. When raised, the arms jump up and down. I suspect there is some sort of relief or shut off valve stuck open. Bob

Has anyone tried to drain water/dirt from the bottom of their 4500, 5500, 6000 or 6500 tractor? The manual (pg. 47) says to drain it daily! (I'm not sure it is necessary every day - maybe once or twice a year.) I've tried to do it four times. It is to difficult to get a hold of.

Is anyone aware of a third party source for an add-on hydraulic cylinder which will increase 3 pt. arms lift capacity? I know that some tractor manufactures have this as a option (mine doesn't). Bob

Any suggestions on how to add lights to a ROPS. I'd like them as high as possible (on top of ROPS). They have to be removable, as they will get smached working in the woods. Bob
