It is 6ft cutter and I think after the wheels run over the grass the grass is still lying down before the cutter goes over the grass. I even overlap most of time but there is always a strip that springs back up.

This is not about haying but did not know where to put it. When brush hogging my field is there any way to keep the grass from springing back up where the back wheels of tractor has pushed grass down. The cutter covers the width of the tractor???

Dealer found the mice had chewed some of the wires. Repaired that and codes went away...

My T554 PTO seal started leaking. Had it replaced by non-dealer. Later I was talking to the dealer about it and he said I will tell you why the seal went out. He said there is a vent hose hanging down near the PTO, and dirt dobbers plug up the hose and this will cause the seal to fail. I went...

Have TYM 554 and lift arms will not raise the brush cutter. Attempted to move the draft lever but it will not move. How do I free the lever up.

Found the trouble. It is a bad ignition switch. Took wire off the switch and touched the wire to battery and tractor started right up.
