    PRICED OUTTA SIGHT...

With the Trump imposed 100% tarriff, I wonder how marketable the Mahindra tractors will be?

    How long should things last?

Longevity always depends on how you take care of something.

How about a grease cartridge thread?

One thing I might add and that is the CV joints especially on my powered implements require a certain number of strokes on a level gun to fill properly and why I use manual lever guns. You overgrease a CV joint, you blow the seals out of them and CV joint's are expensive to replace. Only time...

How about a grease cartridge thread?

I have not purchased a tube of grease in decades. Buy all my grease in 150 pound open head drums and bulk refill all my grease guns from the air greaser. Just purchased a 150 pound of Lucas Red and Tacky to replace the almost empty drum of Lubrication Engineers Teflon fortified grease I...

    Whatever you feel like thread.

If you want easy to mount weights, peruse FBMP or Flea Bay for Olympic Weight plates. You can get them used for cheap and they come up to 100 pounds per plate.

    Whatever you feel like thread.

Have to say the guy across the road sprung for an EGO riding mower, got half his lawn mowed and it died. Went back the next day for a real gas powered mower and probably saved some jack as well.

Kioti has officially discontinued the NX Line - still worth buying?

Gee, I love my wife and my dog but one thing I would never love is my tractors as they are machines as in not able to love me back... They are for work and to make my life easier and that is it. They get well fed (diesel fuel) and reqular maintenance and greasing and once in a while, a bath but...

Kioti has officially discontinued the NX Line - still worth buying?

All depends on your intended use. I prefer the hydraulic shuttle on my Kubota's as it totally eliminates the dry chutch and the HST still has a dry clutch. Got well over 6000 hours on both my Kubota's (each) and I've never had to adjust the wet packs ever. I use them hard all the time.

What Caused This Wood Deck Failure?

If the sub structure is good, replace the deck with synthetic dimensional decking and forget about it forever or until the substructure fails. No upkeep other than a pressure wash infrequently. We did ours and all 3 rentals 3 years ago and everyone looks like new. We used Trex and stailless...

    Life on the farm

Been popping woodchucks a lot lately and I like watching the local family of Bald Eagles feasting on their remains. When the carcass get small enough for them to carry it off, it leaves, never to be seen again. Being predators I guess an 'easy' meal is just that. Think I've dispatched around...

Tractors are getting more costly every year

Especially of they are Pre 4....... As people buy them up and the field narrows, the price goes even higher. I was just offered 37 grand for my 1997 Ford F350 4 wheel drive diesel pickup. OBS Fords are getting really rare today and mine is a forged rod 7.3 to boot. Ordered it that way in...

Harbor Freight Predator 8750 Watt Open-Frame Inverter Generator Troubleshooting ideas

Far as the inverter genny is concerned, I bought a Champion years ago and it runs like a top. Sounds like it's a motor issue not the inverter head.

Harbor Freight Predator 8750 Watt Open-Frame Inverter Generator Troubleshooting ideas

I own and use their Pro-Tig 205 Tig welder and a pair of plasma cutters, one high amp for the CNC plasma table and the other for general shop use and my employees use them all the time as well. So far, 3 years and 0 failures.
