NEED SOME ADVICE on a Purchase!

I have a 2005 Kioti CK30 HST which has been just fantastic over the years... BUT I have wanted to upgrade to around 50 HP. I found a 2021 Kioti DK5310se hst with less than 90 hrs, loaded tires, no cab, loader w/6' quick attach bucket, backhoe w/Hydro thumb... still has nubs on the R14 tires. I can buy it for $30k Cash and they'll deliver it. For me... it's the right size and HP for our 13 acre wooded farm. Is there any reason I "shouldn't" buy it? Your thoughts and/or comments please? THX in advance for any input!

Not a Dealer... a local resident. Decision to retire and move to FL after purchase, due to cancer. Thx for the reply!

The other thing I always get from the seller when buying items privately is proof in writing that the item doesn,t have any loans or liens against it, and is paid off in full.

Plus add the model and serial number to the bill of sale

That's a very good deal for a nearly new machine. I would snap that up quickly!

As others have said, S/N on bill of sale and free of liens, since it's a private seller, they may have original receipt too which would indicate paid in full or financed etc.

Assuming it’s a legitimate seller the only reason I can think of not to buy it is you can’t afford it. If you can afford it and need it go for it.

I'm curious on the hydraulic thumb. Is it the Kioti backhoe (KB2425)? As far as I know they never have done a hydraulic thumb on that unit. In fact, with their new model, SB2530, pretty sure their reps made a big deal about it being the first offered like that.

If it's an aftermarket backhoe, is it subframe mounted?

Based on the Kioti site, that tractor is over $65k new. That's a significant savings on a like-new tractor.

The hydraulics could have easily been added to the factory thumb, or an aftermarket thumb ...
