Why is there so much consternation on this forum about Artificial Intelligence, when we can't even manage natural intelligence? Maybe AI is smarter!

I think natural stupidity will defeat AI. There is no way to program anything to account for the actions of humans.

Interesting thing about AI, it is a product of humans. However, the fear is that it is getting out of our control, if not already, and go into it's own way. We can still stop it by shutting computers and/or the Internet down, but we are married to those technologies for our way of life, if not our very survival except as a small band of primatives.I think natural stupidity will defeat AI. There is no way to program anything to account for the actions of humans.

You say that but i can't even use hte site on my phone the ads are so excessive. My only chance is using it on desktop with multiple ad blockers. Not all sites are like that

Weird. I guess the experience is set up differently for different browsers or users? Not sure, but I've left other forums for less advertisements than I see here.
