Finished my fueling station

/ Finished my fueling station #21
I looked on Amazon and saw quite a few. But none of them had sender tail long enough to reach the bottom of the tank. Can you please send me a link to the one you’re using?
It's been a few years. I may not have bought at amazon. As for fuel pickup I use a 3/4 pipe with a threaded collar to the tank inlet then 90º to a fuel filter then to the hose and nozzle. I could get you some pics of it if needed. I do remember I had to have Lowes thread the dipper pipe 3-4 inches for the collar to be effective. Then I just cut it to length so it would be just a bit off the bottom of the tank

The fill rite pump had a telescoping pipe fuel pickup designed for different tank depths. I’m just interested in the fuel gauge setup.

It's not an exact fit. But it drops in the aux hole and gives me a general idea of how much fuel is left. Again bought too long ago to show up on my purchase history.
I just got one of their oil tank float type gauges that was close to the depth of the tank. Not as accurate as a gas gauge on the car but it shows me if I have a half tank or 1/4 tank etc. Maybe search google by the depth of your tank like 24" oil tank gauge?
I might have this one > Krueger Sentry Gauge D-1.5-24 At-A-Glance Type D 1.5'' Opening Direct Reading Gauge for 24'' Depth Tank

Thanks. My tank is a 24” cube, so that would work perfectly.

Where did you get the battery adapter? I have 2 large fuel tanks (one for gas and another for diesel) I am mounting on a small trailer and a cordless tool battery(s) to run the pumps would be great.
cordless tool battery adapters are available on Amazon for most major battery brands. I use DeWalt 20V batteries, so I also needed this 20V to 12V buck converter::

Filter may be plugging up, I have a manual pump that gets hard when filter is plugging. I use a water filter
As other has mentioned, check filter. Also check tank vent.

I don't think so. It happens from the get go, as soon as it draws fuel. I've replaced the filter, both were the water separating type.
I bought a new filter housing assembly with the visible water separator bowl , but haven't installed it yet. I think this new housing is 1" NPT instead of 3/4", so that may help.
We're not using the Generator any, so I've just been filling jugs for the tractor.
I'm hoping jyoutz will report his experience.

I’ve been putting off filling my tank because I still have some 5 gallon jugs of fuel to use up. Next month spring chores will increase my tractor usage and I’ll probably fill it and report back.
